Member Registration Form 

Whether you are registering as a youth member, adult helper, or volunteer leader - Scouts will bring fun, adventure, new skills and a world of opportunity to youth and adults alike!

If you are a Returning Member (Youth and Adult members from a previous Trek), or a New Youth Member

At Scouts, fees are comprised of a State Fee and a Group Fee component.
In 2025, registration and billing covers the period April 2025 – March 2026 
(12 months). The State Fee for the Trek is $300 (returning members) or $360
(new members, which includes $290 as above plus a $60 joining fee).
Our Group fee is $220 (plus $45 for New Members).

We understand this can be a financial strain on some families, there is a discout code for state fees that can be applied for but it must be done before you register for the new trek, if you would like information on this Please ask Ben, it can take a few days for approval to be given if approved so please dont leave it too late to do, the sooner the better.
